My Pink Bunny

When people first saw bunny

It made them stop and think

Instead of being brown and cute

He was a shocking pink!

He knew that he was different

From the start of his first day.

Instead of people saying "Ahhhh"

They looked and ran away

Who ever saw a pink rabbit?

They were always brown

But even though he was different

It never got him down.

"Ill be someone some day" he thought

"Ill make them proud of me"

But what can a tiny rabbit do

Out of the ordinary?

His Mum said "Dont you worry"

And gave a knowing wink

But he knew there was a reason

Why he had been born pink.

"Could I be a doctor?"

"An astronaut in space?"

"Or even king of the jungle?"

"Imagine the lion's face!"
